Terms of Service

ElevenTune generates personalised gym and strength-training plans for football players, and helps you schedule and track your training. Plans are generated with AI and are general fitness guidance tailored to the information you provide.

ElevenTune provides fitness guidance, not medical advice. It is not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified coach. Exercise carries inherent risks. Before starting any programme, especially if you have an injury, health condition, or are unsure, consult a suitable professional. Warm up, use correct technique, work within your ability, and stop if you feel pain or are unwell. You train at your own risk.

You must be at least 13 to use ElevenTune. If you are under 16 (or under the age of digital consent where you live), you may only use ElevenTune with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf, and any paid subscription must be taken out by an adult. Give your real age at onboarding: it directly shapes your training and, for players under 18, keeps nutrition guidance growth-safe (never a calorie deficit).

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date so your plans stay relevant.

Paid plans are billed through Stripeon a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Membership page; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.

Use ElevenTune only for its intended purpose. Don't misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, and don't resell or copy it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

ElevenTune and its content are owned by us. Your personal training data remains yours; you grant us permission to process it to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury arising from your use of the training guidance (see Health & Safety above). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms or the service over time; material changes will be notified in the app. You may stop using ElevenTune at any time, and we may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
